Eric Fraterman brings over 25 years of consulting experience on Customer-Driven Change in healthcare and other industry sectors. Throughout his international career, Eric has focused entirely on building customer-centric systems and aligning strategy with business processes to improve business results.
Eric’s approach has been successfully implemented in hospitals by translating the patient experience into customer-centric business processes involving all functional areas. He has a unique high-engagement approach which involves the entire spectrum of stakeholders from the Board of Directors, executive leadership, through to employees at the frontline level. In today’s emerging healthcare reform environment, Eric’s specialty in creating patient-centered delivery systems is in great demand.
Eric’s global portfolio of clients includes work in Canada, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Mexico and Korea. He has extensive consumer marketing and advertising experience with the former Coopers & Lybrand Consulting in Canada, in which he helped architect a successful Center for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. Subsequently, he worked with Right Management Consultants, the largest global provider of career transition and human capital consulting and led engagements on Customer Focused Change processes within hospitals and other industry sectors.
Eric has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University in The Netherlands, followed by a Fulbright exchange scholarship at the business school of the University of Colorado.
